Exclusive Pop-Up Features Gelato and Sorbetto Concoctions with Espresso and Liqueurs along with Italian Sundaes

To capture the essence of summertime in Italy, Eataly Las Vegas is bringing a gelato pop-up to Park MGM with the debut of Gelato alla Grande.

Available now, Il Gelato at Eataly will feature an exclusive menu for Las Vegas showcasing its house-made sweets with signature twists including Affogatos that pair gelatos and sorbettos in a glass with espressos and liqueurs, as well as Italian-style gelato sundaes.

The rich Lavazza espresso used for Eataly’s Affogatos is ethically sourced from the top five coffee-producing countries in the world and each high-quality liqueur is imported from Italy. 

Perfect for a midday refreshment, these dazzling Italian treats are a unique pick-me-up and cool down for the Las Vegas summer.

The limited-time Gelato alla Grande experience at Eataly will include the following menu highlights:

AFFOGATO – Gelato and sorbetto ‘drowned’ in espresso & liqueur. This Italian classic takes both coffee and dessert breaks to another level.

CLASSICO – Two Scoops of Fior di Latte Gelato, Lavazza Espresso, Whipped Cream

AMARETTO – Two Scoops of Straciatella Gelato, Luxardo Amaretto Liqueur, Whipped Cream, Chocolate Chips (must be 21+ to purchase)

TROPICALE – One Scoop of Mango and Lemon Sorbetto, Prosecco, Sliced Lemon (must be 21+ to purchase)

FRESCA – One Scoop of Lemon and Pineapple Sorbetto, Canella Bellini, Sliced Strawberries (must be 21+ to purchase)

COPPA – Italian-style gelato treats inspired by American sundaes. These elaborate treats include generous scoops of house-made gelato topped with sweet pairings and served in a tall glass bowl.  

PIEMONTE – One Scoop each of Pistachio, Nocciola, Fior di Latte, Caffé Gelato, Whipped Cream, Chocolate Sauce, Chopped Hazelnuts from the northwest region of Piemonte

FRUTTA MISTA – One Scoop each of Mixed Berries, Mango, Coconut, Peach & Raspberry Sorbetto, Sliced Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Almond Crunchy Bar

Gelato alla Grande at Il Gelato by Eataly is located at the Las Vegas Boulevard entrance of the Eataly Las Vegas Store at Park MGM.

The venue is open Sunday – Thursday from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m., and 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
