Gabbi Garcia turns emotional as end of PBB Celebrity Collab gets closer

MANILA, June 28 (Mabuhay) — Kapuso actress and host Gabbi Garcia expressed how grateful she is for the opportunity to host Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition.

On her X (formerly Twitter) account, the actress shared that hosting the hit reality program is more than just work for her.

Gabbi is one of the two Kapuso stars to become a PBB host–– the other being Mavy Legaspi.

The Kapuso star admitted that thinking about the nearing finale of this edition of PBB makes her emotional.

“Iniisip ko palang na matatapos na yung PBB season na ‘to, nasasad na ko Hosting this show became such a core memory,” she wrote.

For Gabbi, hosting PBB was a full circle moment as she previously shared how she auditioned for the show several years ago but was unable to enter as a housemate.

“‘Di lang siya trabaho, it’s a journey that gave me growth, purpose, and so much heart,” she added.

The Kapuso star expressed her desire to host another season of the hit reality program if given the chance. She then showed her gratitude towards the loyal PBB fans who gave her a chance as a host despite being a new face to the program.

“Grabe na yung attachment at pagmamahal ko sa show na ‘to  thank you din sa pbb fans sa pag tanggap sakin,” she ended.

Fans of Gabbi and the show made sure to send her some love in the comment section of her post. Other netizens applauded her for doing a job well done as one of the main hosts of this edition.

“I don’t think we need another collab para lang mapasama ka, pwede ka kahit sa regular season, ate Gabbi. See you sa mga susunod na season,” a fan wrote.

“Sobrang galing mo mag host!! And your line ‘magandang gabbi’ is so so iconic🫰🏻 next season sana ulit,” another fan added.

Meanwhile, PBB Celebrity Collab Edition is down to its last few weeks and the duo of Charlie and Esnyr was just announced as the first pair to reach the Big Four after getting majority of the votes from the House Challengers and Housemates.  (MNS)
